Maesyronnen Chapel
You can’t get a chapel much older than Maesyronnen.
The things that marks the chapel out as unique is the fact that it is largely unaltered from the day it was built. There are chapels founded before Maesyronnen, but these were knocked down and rebuilt in a grander style in later years. Maesyronnen is unchanged, unique and special.
We completed this project for the custodians in 2005. It was a particularly special job for me in that not only had my Mother lived in the tiny attached cottage as a child, but that my Grandad had previously worked on the roof.
